I’m excited to be appearing at Bloody Scotland in Stirling on 18 September with Imran Mahmood & Trevor Wood. Tickets here.
I’ll be running a giveway over on Twitter for these three books, so make sure you’re following me there.

I’m thrilled to be part of this fantastic programme, chairing an event with Lucy Atkins who will be talking about Oxford’s Ghosts, and her latest book, Magpie Lane.
The weekend is online, so no need to worry about travel arrangements or distancing of any kind. In fact, it’s the perfect way to get close to your favourite crime writers and their favourite books.
The programme includes Jane Casey, Cara Hunter, Val McDermid, Andrew Taylor and Mick Herron.
Dates are 13-15 August. Full programme details and tickets here.

Reading is one of my favourite summer pastimes. If you feel the same, you’ll be thrilled by this giveaway.
Five of the year’s hottest books plus £30 in book tokens to add to the pile!
All you need to do is write an Amazon review of Fragile without revealing any spoilers, and share a screenshot of your review with me using #SummerBundle.
You can tweet the screenshot to @sarah_hilary or post it to my Facebook page or on Instagram tagging me in @sarah_hilary999 or you can email me at this address: contact@sarahhilary.com.
I’ll pick a winner at random from the best reviews. You’ll get the bundle of books, the £30 token and a personal thank you on my social media accounts.
If you haven’t yet read Fragile, it’s only £1.99 on ebook this month.
Open worldwide. Closes midnight BST July 31st. Winner picked 1 August.
Good luck, and happy reviewing!

Fragile is one today! It’s one of June’s Best Thrillers in The Times, and in The Financial Times. A Book of the Month over at LoveReading, it has a glowing review in Good Housekeeping.
Best of all, stacks of my favourite authors love it, including Ian Rankin who said, ‘(Fragile) is a Gothic joy. Think Barbara Vine writing Entertaining Mr Sloane.’
Signed copies are available at Goldsboro Books, Ledbury Books and Booka Bookshop.
You can order with free worldwide shipping from the Book Depository.
Fragile is also available in lots of independent bookshops across the UK, via the usual online retailers, as well as WH Smith, Waterstones, Blackwells and Foyles. Thank you for reading!

I’m thrilled to be doing this, thanks to the brilliant William Shaw (mastermind of Reading Party). Do come if you can.
It’s such a special way to experience the book. A small group of us will read a section of Fragile and then chat about the book. I’ll be signing special bookplates on the night.
Tickets cost £14.99 to include a hardback copy of the book, or £5 without the books, and can be bought here.
